State of the Art AI & Machine Learning in Buildings

At the inaugural U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Smart Building Summit hosted by the USGBC Northern California and USGBC Orange County, panelists including Prescriptive Data CEO Sonu Panda discussed how AI & machine learning are transforming building operations.

By harnessing the data produced by buildings in real-time algorithms can learn and optimize daily functions, saving energy and cutting carbon emissions. Machine learning can identify anomalies, notifying on-site staff of leaks and faults before they impact tenants. Better algorithms make better buildings, making real estate operations smarter and more profitable.
