History
“Built By Building Operators, For Building Operators…”
Nantum AI was created as a solution to a problem.
An operations team needed a unified user interface to visualize operational technologies, correlate trends, predict anomalies, and automate building operations across their portfolio. The portfolio-wide problem was solved by the team inside the engine room of 345 Park Avenue, a 1.8M square foot building in New York City owned by Rudin Management.
So, they built it, and, after proving its effectiveness, the solution called Nantum (named after an ancient Native American word, “Nonantum,” meaning prayer or blessing) was spun out into its own company to best address similar challenges felt by teams across the nation and the world.
Today Nantum is used to hit operational targets, reach sustainability goals, reduce costs and carbon emissions, create healthy and enjoyable indoor environments, and more within the built world.
