The individuals comprising the Nantum AI Advisory Team are leaders in the commercial real estate and energy industries with an interest in accelerating Nantum AI’s product development and market adoption. These individuals have worked alongside Nantum AI departments in various capacities and now have a direct connection to and impact on current and future capabilities, processes, and beyond.

Becca Timms

Director of ESG @ Jamestown

Becca leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives through the Jamestown Green program. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2012, Becca worked as a local government consultant for Clark Patterson Lee, where she served as Community Development Coordinator and Sustainability Commission Staff Liaison for the City of Dunwoody.

Becca is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds a LEED AP O+M credential. Becca is an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute, the US Green Building Council, and Community Farmers Markets and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Environmental Policy from Sewanee: the University of the South and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development: Environmental Policy and Management from Utrecht University.

A frequent speaker on topics relating to energy and technology, Becca regularly models the capabilities of data-backed technology on ESG initiatives and ECMS.

Ben Cooper

Director, Property Technology @ BGO

Ben is the Director of Property Technology at BGO (BentallGreenOak), where he has been instrumental in driving innovation since 2022. Prior to this role, he served as BGO’s Manager of Property Technology.

Ben has a strong background in systems engineering, having worked at QuadReal Property Group from March 2019 to December 2021. Based in Vancouver, Ben is known for his expertise in designing and implementing advanced PropTech solutions.

A regular speaker and subject matter expert in topics relating to commercial real estate technology and smart building operations, Ben is a pioneer in the space. He enjoys growing the conversation around the importance of sustainable buildings and how we can work together to create meaningful changes.

Clint Osteen

Senior Director of IT @ Granite Properties

Clint is an experienced Senior Director of Information Technology, with over 20 years at Granite Properties. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IT department, telecommunications asset management, and strategic IT direction across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Granite, Clint spent 10 years in consulting, providing commercial real estate companies technology and business improvement services. With a strong background in business process improvement, budgeting, JD Edwards, and strategic planning, Clint previously served as Director at RealFoundations, Inc., managing systems implementation and business improvement projects. He also worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young, LLC for five years.

Clint is a passionate and familiar face in the commercial real estate industry. Clint remarks that commercial real estate is evolving and the technology available today can provide the tools for making data-driven decisions.

Hrisa Gatzoulis

VP, Head Of Sustainability @ Rudin

With over 20 years of experience in sustainability, Hrisa focuses on areas like materiality, resource management, and embedding ESG principles throughout the Rudin’s culture and processes. Hrisa leads and oversees sustainability and environmental initiatives across Rudin’s 14.5 million-square-foot commercial and multifamily portfolio, including new developments and asset repositioning.

Prior to joining Rudin, Hrisa served as Vice President of Energy, Sustainability, and Wellness at JLL, where she specialized in reducing energy use and incorporating sustainability initiatives into various property types. Gatzoulis holds multiple accreditations, including LEED, WELL, and Fitwel.

Jesse Carrillo

Founder & Principal @ Carrillo Advisors LLC

Jesse, with over 25 years of real estate experience, provides strategic advisory and fractional CIO/CTO services as Founder & Principal at Carrillo Advisors LLC. He was Chief Innovation Officer at The Howard Hughes Corporation and Chief Information Officer at Hines.

During his career, he has contributed his time to assisting several PropTech startups and previously served on the Advisory Boards for Realcomm International, Quest Oracle Community, and the Houston Christian University’s College of Science Engineering (COSE). He supports diversity initiatives through his board positions with Genesys Works – Houston and GlobalMindED.

His accolades include the Premier 100 by Computerworld Magazine in 2016, Realcomm Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018, and the Houston CIO of the Year ORBIE Award in 2021.
