2020 ULI Energy Reduction Award
The ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance revealed in May that six new real estate leaders, representing more than 1,700 buildings, have announced plans to reduce the operational carbon emissions of their collective portfolio under operational control to net zero by the year 2050. This is in addition to 11 ULI Greenprint members that already publicly aligned with this goal last fall.
2020 REBNY PropTech Challenge (1st Place)
Prescriptive Data, a Manhattan-based PropTech developer of smart building operating system Nantum OS, took home the top prize in the “Building Operations, Sustainability and Wellness” category during The Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) annual PropTech Challenge.
2020 AEE International Corporate Energy Management Award
Through its International Awards Program, the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) shines light on the important work that is being done by individuals, organizations, agencies, and corporations. These awards identify those who exemplify the very best in their fields. Nantum was awarded in the Corporate Energy Management category.
2020 KPMG Climate Accounting Initiative Software Selection
KPMG selected Prescriptive Data’s flagship building operating system, Nantum OS, to be deployed as part of its new patent-pending blockchain capability, Climate Accounting Infrastructure (CAI) which is intended to help organizations more accurately measure, report and offset their greenhouse gas emissions.
2020 GSA Finalist For Grid-Interactive Efficient Buildings (GEB)
Prescriptive Data was selected by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) as one of four finalists in its Proving Ground program to promote energy efficiency within the GSA’s national real estate portfolio. This is the second time Prescriptive Data has been selected by the GSA to test out Grid-Interactive Efficient Building (GEB) concepts for the agency. As part of the GSA Proving Ground program, the agency works with independent, third-party evaluators to test out pre- and early-commercial building technologies in federally-owned buildings.
